Changing homes doesn’t have to be a daunting task. Our Unpack and Home Set-Up service includes pre-move planning, packing, personal shopping, unpacking, and clearing out packing materials. We can provide assistance before or after your move. Or we can manage the entire relocation process to alleviate stress and save you time.

Throughout the project there is constant communication between you and the Lead Organizer, keeping you informed to guarantee everything is going as planned and up to your standards.

Pre Move

1. We start with a pre-move tour of your current home, creating a project plan for materials needed and a project schedule so there’s never miss-understandings. The project plan will ensure our team is prepared and ready on the project start date.

2. Together we evaluate your needs, separating packing items from donation or waste. From there we create an itemized list of your belongings, making note of items that need to be crated or stored in a controlled environment.

3. Now that materials are ordered and the team is prepared, we can start packing your home for a seamless relocation.

4. All boxes will be labeled with the contents stored and which room they will be going to once delivered. This makes finding your items a breeze especially if some of it ends up in storage.

5. Now that everything is packed, a final walkthrough is done with the Lead Organizer.

Post Move

Our Unpacking Service works the same as our Packing Service. The only difference is our expert care and support is provided on the back-end of your relocation. A project plan and schedule is still created with the Lead Organizer. Together we will help you declutter and categorize your items while methodically putting them away. Donation and waste removal will be scheduled for you, leaving your home in pristine condition.

1. We start with a post-move walkthrough to asses your needs, goals and team size needed to create a project schedule. The project plan will ensure our team is prepared and ready on the project start date.

2. Now that we understand your needs, our team will start unpacking while making note of containers needed if any, during this process our Lead Organizer will help you declutter and sort items that no longer suit new home.

3. Now that everything has a home, we will arrange for waste removal and donation drop-off. Your new home is ready to be enjoyed!
